Infrastructures
Multi-storied building with 60,000 sq. ft. of floor area with all amenities, well equipped rooms for PRE-PRESS, PRESS and POST-PRESS, secured beautiful campus, large area for car and lorry parking, highly energized standby power generator for uninterrupted power supply parallel to the government departmental source, speedy communication network having facilities of Telecom, Intercom, Fax, Internet services, facilities of Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) for the system users and clients. The Pre Press facility at Bhabani is well equipped with high-end equipments and very advanced workflow to meet up all needs in the pre-press area and to ensure best results. As soon as a job comes into pre-press department, our system operators go through several cycles of verifications on quality of input and feasibility of using data supplied by customers. If any discrepancy is found, system operators immediately discuss with the customer for instant solution.
Pre Press
The pre-press of the house is designed with computers with calibrated monitors, high quality scanners like ‘Cezanne Elite’ with its ‘Colour Genius Ex’ software, ‘Canoscan 99508’, ‘Umax’ etc. We have ‘Epson Stylus Pro Inkjet’ printer as proofer, which runs with Kodak Match Print Rip to check the colour proof. Our computers are supported by the software of latest versions like MS Office, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Distiller, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Corel Draw, Macromedia Free Hand, Quick Xpress etc. There is an ‘image setter’ of KATANA made for films. The special feature of our pre-press is, besides placing an order physically by providing input materials in our house the customers can upload files from their source through FTP which are downloaded and processed accordingly for printing by our experts.
Our Pre-press is enriched with CTP (Computer To Plate) unit, which is equipped with Top Setter, Suprasetter, and 74p of Heidelberg make. The unit finally processes the PDF and Postscript files, releases plates and sends to press for printing.
Press
Starting from 16” X 20” sheet size colour offset printing, BHABANI is now equipped with Heidelberg Speed Master five colour offset press, Heidelberg Speed Master 74-4 HSE four colour printing press, Web king web offset printing machine, Mitshubishi two colour perfector, HMT two colour sheetfed machine, HP Indigo digital press and many more for single colour to five colour printing.
Post Press
To give a complete finishing BHABANI is designed with Polar 92X jogger, the high speed computerized cutter, one unit 6 hoppers gathered, Horizon make CAB 5000 inline Binding Solutions + three side Trimmer HT-30 of Japan technology for perfect binding, Book Binding machineries and accessories. UV coating and thermal lamination in gloss, matte, leather and structure is done as per the demand of the customers. Options of wire-o binding, Spiral Binding, Calendar mounting, die cutting, Foil Stamping are also available in the house.
Dispatch
To deliver the product in front of the customer’s door, process of packing is maintained which includes shrink wrapping of books and small bundles, packing in waterproof cartons or wooden pallets using cushions of soft paper for smooth transit.
Our office is linked with postal and reliable and speedy courier services of the state. Moreover our dispatch persons and staff are always in contact with the customers. Thus the finished product reaches its destiny. |
