1. This website is password protected. Your account which contains your digital images and text will remain in the site for a period of 4(four) days.
2. When making an order through the website, buyer needs to complete all the technical steps asked to complete at the time of placing order.
3. After submitting the order you will receive a welcome message from our end confirming that your order is placed successfully.
4. The price displayed is inclusive of VAT and exclusive of transportation charges.
5. Buyer has to pay full amount at the time of order.
6. It may please be noted that the house has the right to copy, upload and display of your images on website freely with your name and password as and when required.
7. Further, the house reserves the right at its sole discretion to edit, delete those photographs and text if found unsuitable for display due to abusive, threatening, vulgar nature or any other appropriate cause.
8. Delivery shall be made to the Buyer’s address as per the selection of the mode of delivery by the buyer at the time of order.
9. Due to technical problems (such as machinery problems, electricity failure), natural calamities or any other appropriate causes delivery may be delayed.
10. Where a claim of defect is made, buyer has to return the product on his/her own cost.
11. The house of BHABANI is not responsible for content supplied by the buyer for printing.
12. BHABANI is not responsible for any kind of losses and damages which may cause by the use of its site and services. |
